(More customer reviews)I ordered the genuine leather grips from Frontiercycle and unfortunately the part didn't work with the motorcycle I was building.There was confusion with the mailing and since there was a delay, the company gave me a credit back for the error and delay in shipping. Once the product arrived, it was exactly as it was explained to be on the description. Unfortunately, I had a wiring issue with the motorcycle itself and the specific grips.
The company was wonderful to work with. First, they attempted to try to complete an exchange by searching and showing me some alternatives. In the end, I could not use the products the company had, but they refunded both the product and shipping cost when I returned the grips.
If you want a company that stands by customer service, quality and overall great experience then I reccommend using Frontiercycle. Thank you, Eric Nohl. Eric was absoluteyly awesome to work with and I only wish that I was able to use their products for the current bike I am building. I will look to them in the future.
