(More customer reviews)I did love the origanal cover that I got from them in 2008. But I had to send itfor a warranty on one of the broken buckles. Well to my surprise the top cover that sent me back was completely different. And after only 2 weeks of using it,it already started to tear up. One spot was the fabric that holds the buckles on unraveled. I called them after purchasing another one. Well that looked like the very first top cover ( from the picture that was on here until I called the service department.) The very next morning after I talked to them about the less than honest picture.. they changed it to the one you see right now. The lady I had talked to said that if I returned the cover (that the picture was misleading) said that I would get charged a restocking fee. What's up with that? When it wasn't the correct top cover that I was lead I would get.
I will NOT buy another cheap cover from them again. Their customer service was just like the cheap cover. I do not suggest this product to anyone.
Completely love this cover. Only one thing would be nice is if the plastic clips were a little more durable. Barely rolled bike over one and it broke. Contacted the company and they said I can return it for a new one. No fighting or hassle.
