My old one was unbearable after 30 min. of riding.The first time I wore this helmet we did an overnight trip and rode in a temperature range from 60 degrees F. to 104 degrees F. There was no discomfort at all, no itchy head,no painful pressure points, no sweating. I love the double visor, the tinted drop down is great when riding into the sun.
