Sorry but the internet does not meant all the rules are out the window.
The Paughco MUSTANG GAS TANK looked good and the metal work was smooth.
The welded seam was not ground down too much inviting a leak or split from vibration later on.
That is important because a fire on a motorcycle can be deadly.
The tank was exactly as shown in the photo. The filler neck was high enough above the surface that the gas cap would not scratch the painted surface.
The fuel valve bungs stuck out far enough to prevent problems also.
Mount tab was welded on correctly.
