(More customer reviews)I ordered this seat for my 2008 KTM 530 EXCR as the stock seat has to be one of the most uncomfortable seats in existence. Before I ordered this seat, my last ride was about 60 miles of single track and fire roads, and after that ride my butt was extremely sore.I ordered this seat from Amazon and when it arrived I pressed on the seat and did not notice much difference between it and the stock one.Needless to say I was a bit concerned thinking I should have gotten the super soft seat.I installed the seat anyway and after my next ride I was pleasantly surprised.I did a 120 mile trip consisting of single track, fire road and hiway. And at the end of the day I was not sore like I was riding the old seat for 1/2 the distance.I tend to sit more than most people but despite this seat not 'feeling' softer to the touch there is something about the design that makes long rides much more comfortable than the stock seat.In addition the surface has a grippy texture to it, absolutely no sliding around on this seat.
