(More customer reviews)I'm replacing my older AFX mx helmet with this one.I got this helmet for less from [...] thru Amazon then for what I paid for my AFX at a local dealership. This is a superior helmet to the AFX. Lesson learned folks.Don't buy gear from a dealership unless you like being screwed.
Anyway... the helmet is a great fit.It's a bit tighter in Large than was my AFX which is what I needed.The liner looks to be of good quality and for an MX helmet this thing is quiet on the street and more aerodynamic than my AFX was.I ride a Husky SMR at nearly 100mph on a regular basis so I damn near need a sportbike helmet but this helmet offers good aerodynamics and is, like I said, more quiet.The ventilation actually does work.You don't feel a swift breeze going over your head but it does allow good air flow with all vents open.
