(More customer reviews)the cramp buster works as it is supposed to but the thicker material reminds you that it there and the length of the paddle isn't quite right. got caught in my sleeve + taps the tank...easy on and off better than a crampy arm. but I'd go for a throttle rocker which I have used as well Throttle Rockers
