There is no warning about the change in manufacturer (or quality)
so you may be stuck with shipping charges both ways (returned)
like I was.
A call to the 800 number gave me a brick wall.
The item webpage clearly said "see other items from Xelement" the tag on the vest I got said USA Leather, pretty slick trick, Huh?
