(More customer reviews)I bought one of these "back country storage box/seat" for my wife for Christmas.I have something similar on my four wheeler and my wife wanted one for hers.I shopped around at the local atv dealers in town and I shopped around on-line as well.This one seemed to be the best bang for the buck.I ordered it and it came fairly quick.When I opened the box to inspect it, I thought it was very nice.It is much larger than the storage box I have on mine.One of the reasons I chose this storage box was because it had locking compartments.That's the only downfall I've found on this box so far.The locks are very cheap and two of them were broken.I contacted the manufacturer and they communicated very well via email.They sent out a UPS recall tag, I shipped it back, and they sent me a new one upon receiving the defective one.Took about a week, but really no problem at all.Received the new one yesterday and put it on my wife's four wheeler.The locks on this one work, but are still somewhat cheap.Overall, was cheaper than the ones I could find at the local dealers and my wife likes it.If she's happy, then I'm happy.Of course, we haven't gone riding yet, so if we run into problems, I'll get back on here and post any problems.As of right now, I would recommend it.Like I mentioned previously, the company was very easy to work with about the defective locks and emailed a return ticket the next day.I'd give them an A+++ for customer service.
