(More customer reviews)First off, I would just like to point out that I went to electronics school in the military and have worked with throat mic's before on numerous occasions for training purposes and for real missions aside from learning about them in school.
Second, this product is horrible. When I first received it, I could hear myself talking in my ear and I could not hear from the other radio a sound coming out. I finally figured out how to work my radio and I could hear things coming from the other radio to my earpiece, but could not transmit....
Either I got a defective one, or this product really blows.
Also, two of my friends have this particular brand and style and they both also say it is not worth it buying this one. Spend a little extra and have something that works when you need to.
