(More customer reviews)My husband has dislocated his shoulders repeatedly, so I bought him this after his most recent dislocation so he would feel more secure at work. Well he loves it, he wears it every day now and wont go to work without it. He says that it makes his shoulder feel much more secure and doesn't worry as much about it popping out. I guess the only improvement would be to make one that supports both shoulders instead of just one.
Just as a note, he does wear an undershirt under it, because without the undershirt it began to irritate his skin since he was wearing it every day.
