(More customer reviews)First and foremost it's almost impossible to put on any real shoulder brace without someone to help you.So while it is possible to put on the SB03 by yourself, it's going to take a lot of effort.This review is written assuming you have someone to help you.I have two minor complaints about the brace.First it's very tight.I'm a 42 inch chest and the Large is very tight.You can loosen it a little by using a Velcro strap under the arm opposite the shoulder you're bracing but it's still tighter than necessary.My other complaint is that the Velcro strap I just mentioned that goes under your arm will scratch your skin.I ended up putting a small piece of cloth under it.Not a big deal but it would have been nice not to have to bother with it.The biggest pro this brace has is that you can adjust how much you limit your shoulder movement.It comes with 3 removable Velcro straps - the person helping you fastens them from the back of the brace, over the shoulder, to the front of the brace.Since you can position the straps at different angles (straight across, criss cross, etc) you can really customize how much you want limit the range of motion of the shoulder.All in all, it's a very effective brace.Just be aware that the sizes run tight and that you'll need someone to help you put it on - especially the three Vecro straps that fasten across the shoulder.
