(More customer reviews)I have been wearing full face helmets for years. Since I live in California it's around 80 most of the year. When it hits 95 or above it's down right hot! I decided to try out an open face helmet. I didn't want to invest a ton of money so I purchased a novelty helmet for 30 bucks. I loved it! Riding with an open face helmet is literally a different riding experience. I was a little nervous riding a helmet that was not DOT certified and I could get a ticket. That's when I decided to purchased the Outlaw helmet. Believe me I did a ton of research before deciding to purchase Outlaw.
I highly recommend this helmet!!! The fit was perfect; the quality was above what I expected because it was only 35 bucks. The helmet straps are double stitched, thick and even have a snap so it doesn't flap in the wind. Excellent value.
I ride my open face most of the time, but do wear my full face in colder weather or if it looks like rain in the forecast.
