(More customer reviews)i was trying to figure out what the difference between the 'classic' Ancras and the Integra, now I know.These tie downs have one hook attached within an inch or two of the ratchet (the lower-left end in the picture).There is a long loop, much like a soft-tie on that same side of the ratchet.You thread the loop through your vehicle and double back to the hook near the ratchet.The other end is a standard tie-down hook.
As far as I know, the 'Classic' has the hook on the long piece, further from the ratchet, and a small loop next to the ratchet.The functional difference is that you have to thread the hook through your vehicle and loop it back to the small fabric loop near the ratchet.
As far as tie-downs, these are really solid.Thick, soft straps and substantial hooks and ratchet units.I have no worries they'll keep my bike in place.
