It was shipped to me without being wrapped in plastic and it had the maintenance instructions taped to the bottom of the battery. The Manuel was torn in half and wrapped around a 4"inch razor blade with an inch of the blade sticking out awaiting to cut someone! I called Amazon about this issue, and received an email regarding this for a $10.00 of my next purchase coupon...Whatever!!! No thanks Amazon!!!! This a very serious incident and was not handled properly..What a disappointment.
