(More customer reviews)quality is good to very good but no fasteners were with item.Also no instructions on wiring as it is only a 2 wire system and my Harley has 3 ??? A good value even if shipping was a bit high for not very heavy a package.Over all After not being what it was described as I am not pleased nor will I buy from them again !! VThe following was their responce.
you can set it up as a taillight.you just apply it to your power so it is constantly on. the taillight and license plate light will turn on

if you want the brake light to work you will need to modify the wiring by a professional.

or you can just use this as a brake light only
