(More customer reviews)Got this for a motorcycle trip to the Tail of the Dragon at Deals Gap. It was a girls trip, so I didn't have my Husband to carry all my things. I wanted big, and I certainly got it! I was able to pack all my clothes, a heavy Harley rainsuit, my huge ape case with my digital SLR camera and all the lenses, a 12 pack of drinks, snacks, and all my makeupcase. I still had room. I did have a problem with the product, a strap broke the first time I put the bag on the bike. I called Kurayakyn because the bag come with a limited one year warranty, but they would not help at all because I purchased it from Motorcycle Accessory Warehouse. In fact, they were quite rude! I called Motorcycle Accessory Warehouse and they were very helpful. I couldn't ask for better service. They were able to get another strap for me quickly. Even though I had the problem, I still love the bsg. I ordered another for my Husband. Now we can take the entire house. LOL.
