(More customer reviews)Very good pads, they fit nicely and once you are riding you dont notice they are there!Have taken a few spills since owning these and they provide good protection.They really are a great pad for protecting your elbows when riding.If you are doing things very hard, I am not sure what protection they would provide, but for trail riding that I do, they are perfect.
