Pluses:
-Secure fit for laptops
-thick padding for back
-pouch in bottom for included cover to carry helmet
-small pouch near the top for cell phone or keys
-secure straps
-separate compartment for shoes

Minuses:
-back gets hot if you're wearing a shirt and a leather jacket
-shoe pouches are small, can only fit sneakers or flipflops
-straps are cumbersome when they're not being used
-unless i'm in a full tuck, it rides up and limits how far my helmet can move up and down when riding
