(More customer reviews)I don't have anything to compare this too since this bag is my first. Yet I don't have many complaints after three months. It has plenty of space, is the perfect height to lie on while on long rides (I have a sport bike) and the hard outer shell protects everything inside. I don't have to worry about crushing the spare helmet visor I keep inside. When off the bike it doesn't look too goofy while carrying around (it looks like a carry-on bag.
I only have a few minor issues. One is that the magnets, while strong, have left some black streaks on my tank. However this could have been avoided with some care while removing. Another is the scratch-tastic hard shell. I inadvertently ran it along the ground very slightly and was rewarded with a handful of white scrapes. Again, I could have been more careful. Lastly, the water proof clear map holder is not water proof and while I do like to ride in downpours I figured my map would be safe...I figured wrong. I expected more from a $120 bag, but it could be my riding habits.
These might seem like a lot of problems but they're really not bad. I would feel remiss if I left them out. It holds on tight and looks good. I would not trade it.
