(More customer reviews)This battery is just what I needed to get my 1980 Suzuki GS450L started. Although these batteries are shipped dry (no acid) I think it's better than buying from the store. Once acid touches the cells, it will start deteriorating and who knows how long those batteries have been sitting. And that will lower the battery's performance such as life and capacity. But if you buy a dry battery and buy the acid yourself, you will truly have a new battery.
Battery acid costs between $5-$10 at Schucks, O'Reilly, or Autozone. One liter of battery acid is the perfect amount to fill up all 6 cells.
