The two straps are too short to be useful, bought a couple at the dollar store and attached them to the sewn-on rings to actually hold the bag to the bike.This bag won't keep the rain out, but it's not advertized to either.Find or improvise a rain cover.Handy carrying handle on top is suprisingly useful.Wicked fast shipping.
