(More customer reviews)June 2010. The picture shown on the page is truly how the product looks in real life. This is a replacement for an old torn one from another manufacturer (don't know the name). I have a BMW K75C 1988, no saddle bags, no tall screen. From nose to tail it's 97" long. On a motorcycle enthusiast's Website, I finally found something useful a sizing chart that made sense. Someone mentioned that the Large cover reaches 94", they're not kidding. The 3" extra makes the cover really tight; put cover over headlight and handle bars, go to the back and go over the seat and blinkers, go back to the front and pull more material, go back to the back and pull sides overthe foot pedals and license plate and wheel cover, and then finally go back to the front wheel to snug it past the farthest point. Once the order is found, the dance goes very fast and it's a nice shape.
The cover is lighter than the old one but all details and construction seem to be very well made. Just had a violent storm -- Virginia -- 2 days ago and the motorcycle was kept dry and comfortable. There are hooks to go through the wheels to keep the cover on, I don't worry about that. The felt material in the windshield area is a nice feature and helps to place the cover correctly. The breathing flaps work well. And nice color from the drab black. The one thing is to let the exhaust cool down enough.
So if I were to buy another/a replacement, I would get the next size up so I'd have some room to play with. But this cover does the job well and with style. I'll write again when there is change. And yes, I'd buy another one.
