(More customer reviews)The product pictured on this site is exactally what I ordered, but is not what I got. I had to contact Jafrum regarding the wrong product. I had to send the other product back to them according to their specifications, which I did on 12/3/08 along with a picture of the item I actually wanted. As of today 12/12/08 I haven't received the correct product. So I have no product, I paid original shipping for the wrong product sent to me, and then had to pay more shipping to send the product back to them for an error that I didn't make.
So at this point I'm not a happy camper. Hopefully they will get it corrected and send me the product that I originally asked for.
