(More customer reviews)Beware that there is no way to tell in this ad that the strap is NOT a quick-click once you adjust the strap to your size. Each time you use it, you have to re-thread the strap and when you're out riding and taking the helmet off and on several times, that is a HUGE nuisance.
I've now had to literally write emails, wait, argue and nearly beg to get ALL of my refund. I have another several weeks to wait for the balance to go back into my account. This is not fair because the ad is misleading and it's impossible to know about the strap until the helmet arrives. If the return is not our fault, we should get PROMPT return of our money... all of it.
This transaction has made me never want to purchase online again.
