I have waited 2 weeks already and today I am told usually it can take another 4-6 weeks after the time they receive it and it most likely will not be refunded because I mounted it. Called SlipStreamer who told me on the phone all sales are final (S.O.L.) Still waiting however to see if the dealer will be able to help but it doesn't look like they care either. We'll see. If you care about build quality and product appearance, you don't want this one. The plastic is thin, flimsy and distorted. Once installed you can not adjust it without marking up the black brackets.
