(More customer reviews)I bought a pair of these a while back and could never quite get them to work to a point where they were useful. The issues were:

- Trying to pair them was next to impossible. It took numerous attempts before they said they were paired.
- Even after getting them paired, communication with them was iffy at best. It almost seemed they would magically start working a half hour into the ride.
- When they were working, the volume was so low even at maximum volume that you couldn't hear anything except when there was no wind noise.
- Repeated e-mails to their tech support went unanswered.

Prior to this I owned a Chatterbox system for rider to rider communication. Their technical support was excellent and they even helped with an issue I was having after I was out of warrenty. Perhaps I got spoiled by responsive and helpful technical support.

Based on the lack of any response from Cardo's technical support I will never buy another product from them again.
