(More customer reviews)I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM [...] or Hawk helmets. I ordered my helmet and they charged me $45 dollars for next day air when I did not select this option. On top of that, the helmet came knicked, scratched, dented and dirty. The helmet was a loose fit and the quality of the helmet is extremely low quality.
I wouldn't mind if I could get in touch with customer service but as I found out, it's easier to start a civilization on Jupiter. I had to file a claim with Amazon who in turn got in touch with the vendor. The vendor contacted me (2 weeks later) and had me ship the helmet back in promise that they'd send a new one. I shipped it back 2 weeks ago and haven't heard from the company since.
I'm now down $110 and have nothing to show for it. If by some miraculous chance, a new helmet DOES show up, I'll still be stuck with a flimsy helmet that wouldn't protect from a pillow fight.
I've found that you get what you pay for... saving a few dollars on these cheap helmets is not worth the hassle. Go ahead and spend a few extra dollars on an ICON, HJC, or Scorpion helmet. You'll be glad you did.
