(More customer reviews)I ordered this cover based on the reviews and I am glad that I did.This cover is 100% water proof and completely wraps around and covers my motorcycle.It does come with a cable and lock but I thought that was just a bonus (it isn't a good lock). I spent three times as much on a cover about 4 years ago and this cover is better than that one.I highly recommend on this.
